Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales & Service
 Location: Hyderabad (South India Region)
 No. of Positions: 1
 CTC: ₹7–9 LPA
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical / Electronics
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales (preferably in the Flexible Packaging Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Generate new enquiries and acquire customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and visits. 
- 
Retain existing customers while expanding the customer base. 
- 
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions. 
- 
Negotiate sales terms and contracts effectively. 
- 
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and enhance strategies. 
- 
Achieve assigned annual sales targets and report on sales forecasts/performance. 
- 
Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales activities, and competitor updates in CRM. 
- 
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. 
- 
Submit regular reports (planner, SRM, customer updates, and market reports) on time. 
- 
Handle any additional tasks assigned by the reporting officer. 
Key Skills:
- 
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Networking and business development expertise. 
- 
Knowledge of electronics, electrical, and mechanical basics. 
- 
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Team handling experience.

Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
