Job Description:
Job Title: Senior Maintenance Manager (Utility Maintenance Manufacturing/Retail)
Location: Kinshasa, DRC
Department: Maintenance Utility Operations
Experience: 10 to 15 Years (Only Indian Experience Considered)
Industry Preference: Retail or Manufacturing Setup
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all utility maintenance operations ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.

Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for uninterrupted operations.

Supervise and guide maintenance teams, ensuring timely and high-quality repairs and servicing.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for procurement, service, and upgrades of machinery and utilities.

Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and ensure adherence to approved financial plans.

Maintain regulatory compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

Analyze root causes of maintenance issues and develop long-term solutions.

Support strategic infrastructure and utility upgrades aligned with operational goals.
