Position Overview
We seek a strategic leader to oversee multi-store operations, drive operational excellence, and enhance profitability across retail/hypermarket setups. This role demands a results-driven professional to align store operations with organizational goals, optimize customer experience, and lead large teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop operational strategies for sales growth, cost efficiency, and market expansion.

Set KPIs for store performance, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.

Analyze market trends to adapt strategies for competitive advantage.

Operational Management

Oversee daily operations of multiple stores, ensuring compliance with SOPs and brand standards.

Optimize supply chain, logistics, and warehousing processes.

Implement technology solutions (e.g., POS, inventory systems) to streamline workflows.

Team Development

Recruit, train, and mentor Store/Area Managers to foster a high-performance culture.

Conduct performance reviews and design career development plans.

Financial Oversight

Manage budgets, P&L, and cost-control initiatives to maximize profitability.

Analyze financial reports to identify trends and actionable insights.

Customer Experience

Drive initiatives to elevate service quality and resolve escalated customer issues.

Vendor & Inventory Control

Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective partnerships.

Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage through audits.

Conduct regular audits for risk mitigation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Logistics, IT, and Marketing teams to align operations with business objectives.

Qualifications
-
Education: Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate in a relevant field.

Experience: 10–15 years in Retail/Hypermarket management, including roles as Store Manager, Area Manager, or Regional Manager.

Industry Exposure: Retail, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, or Warehousing.
