Job Description:

Job Title: Senior Executive – Packing
Location: Ahmedabad
CTC: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Education: Any Graduate 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute wooden packaging of machines and components as per engineering and export standards.

• Inspect packaging quality to ensure damage-free transportation and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely packing and shipments.

• Monitor packing material stock levels and ensure timely procurement.

• Supervise packing activities on shop floor and guide junior staff/labor teams.

• Maintain packing documentation, weight & dimension records, and inspection checklists.

• Adhere to ISPM-15 / international packaging norms for export consignments.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies during packing operations.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in wooden packaging of industrial or capital equipment.

• Strong understanding of machine dimensions, weight balancing, and load safety.

• Familiarity with packing tools, material selection, and carpentry supervision.

• Knowledge of export documentation and packing lists is preferred.

• Ability to read basic engineering drawings and interpret packing instructions.

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
