Job Title:
Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales (Capital Equipment & Ink)
 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
 Department: Capital Equipment Sales
 Reports To: General Manager – Sales (Capital Products)
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Drive domestic sales of Textile Printing Machinery 
- 
Achieve sales targets – revenue, volume, and collections 
- 
Build and manage customer relationships and dealer/agent networks 
- 
Conduct market intelligence, generate new business leads 
- 
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting 
- 
Participate in industry exhibitions and seminars 
- 
Ensure on-time delivery, follow-up, and customer satisfaction 
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 
Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology / Engineering from a recognized institution 
- 
7–10 years of domestic capital machinery sales experience (preferably in textile printing machines) 
- 
Strong exposure to the domestic textile market 
- 
Experience in managing dealer networks and direct client sales 
- 
Exposure to international markets is an added advantage 
- 
Proficiency in Hindi and English

Excellent communication and coordination skills 
- 
Ability to take end-to-end ownership 
- 
Willingness to travel extensively 
- 
Strong analytical and planning skills

Compensation:
- 
CTC: ₹8 – ₹10 LPA (Higher package may be offered to deserving candidates)
