Job Title:

Sr. Executive to Sr. Sales Manager – B2B Sales (PEB Industry)

Location:

Ahmedabad, Surat, Mehsana

Industry:

Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Infrastructure / Construction

Qualification:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

  • MBA in Marketing (Preferred)

Experience:

2 to 10 years in B2B Sales, preferably in PEB, Infrastructure, or related sectors

Salary:

₹3 to ₹6 LPA (commensurate with experience)


Key Skills:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Excellent networking with Architects, Consultants, and Decision-Makers

  • In-depth understanding of PEB structures & construction processes

  • Proficient in negotiations, client handling, and technical presentations


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

  • Identify and explore new B2B opportunities in the assigned territory

  • Build brand visibility and establish client relationships

2. Technical Sales

  • Provide technical insights and solutions related to PEB systems

  • Address client queries and explain design and execution benefits

3. Client Engagement

  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and project discussions

  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions

4. Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage end-to-end sales—from lead generation to deal closure

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing

5. Project Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (Design, Engineering, Project)

  • Ensure project execution aligns with client expectations

6. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants

  • Ensure repeat business and client referrals through consistent service

7. Market Research & Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

8. Sales Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records including proposals, contracts, BOQs, etc.
