Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
Experience:
2 to 10 years in B2B Sales, preferably in PEB, Infrastructure, or related sectors
Salary:
₹3 to ₹6 LPA (commensurate with experience)

In-depth understanding of PEB structures & construction processes

Proficient in negotiations, client handling, and technical presentations
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development

Identify and explore new B2B opportunities in the assigned territory

Build brand visibility and establish client relationships
2. Technical Sales

Provide technical insights and solutions related to PEB systems

Address client queries and explain design and execution benefits
3. Client Engagement
-
Conduct site visits, presentations, and project discussions

Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
4. Sales Cycle Management

Manage end-to-end sales—from lead generation to deal closure

Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing
5. Project Coordination

Work closely with internal teams (Design, Engineering, Project)

Ensure project execution aligns with client expectations
6. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants

Ensure repeat business and client referrals through consistent service
7. Market Research & Intelligence

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
8. Sales Documentation

Maintain accurate records including proposals, contracts, BOQs, etc.
