Qualification: Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant experience
Experience: 5–10 years in Quick Commerce industry as E-Commerce Supervisor/Officer or equivalent
Industry Preference: Retail / E-Commerce / Quick Commerce / QSR / Logistics / Warehousing

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient order processing, inventory control, and timely deliveries. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in quick commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day e-commerce operations.

• Oversee inventory management and stock accuracy.

• Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and delivery timelines.

• Implement and monitor operational SOPs for efficiency.

• Supervise and train team members for optimum performance.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
