Job Title: Site Supervisor – Operations

Location: Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)
Vacancy: 1
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
Qualification:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
    Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in the construction industry, including prior leadership or supervisory roles

    Compensation: USD $600 – $800 per month


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor – Operations to oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, hands-on construction experience, and a clear understanding of site operations and project coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage site construction activities to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.

  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely project execution.

  • Monitor daily work progress, material usage, and manpower deployment.

  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and schedules.

  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.

  • Maintain daily site reports, work logs, and progress documentation.

  • Assist in planning and scheduling project activities and resource allocation.

  • Identify potential site issues or delays and take corrective measures promptly.

  • Ensure effective communication between site and project management teams.

  • Support procurement and logistics coordination for on-site materials and equipment.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.

  • Effective communication and coordination skills.

  • Willingness to work in remote project locations.
