The Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to build a specialized career in the compliance landscape of one of India's most strategic financial hubs. You will be immersed in the dynamic regulatory environment of GIFT City (IFSCA) and gain hands-on experience with SEBI regulations, making you a valuable asset in the world of finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring adherence to the rules and regulations of the International Financial Services Centers Authority (IFSCA) and SEBI.

  • Help in the timely preparation and submission of periodic reports and filings to regulatory bodies.

  • Support the compliance team in monitoring transactions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

  • Maintain and update compliance records, registers, and databases with high accuracy.

  • Conduct research on new regulatory updates, circulars, and guidelines issued by IFSCA, SEBI, and other relevant authorities.

  • Assist in coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary data and ensure compliance processes are followed.

  • Support the team in liaising with regulators, legal counsel, and auditors during inspections and audits.

  • Help in drafting and reviewing internal compliance policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: A qualified Company Secretary (CS) or a Law graduate (LL.B.). Fresh CS/Law graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience: 0 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services sector (Banking, NBFC, Asset Management, Brokerage). Candidates with strong academic records and internship experience in compliance will also be considered.

  • Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of SEBI/IFSCA regulations. A keen interest in learning about PMS, AIF, and AML frameworks is essential.

  • Skills:

    • Impeccable attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    • A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
