The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in ensuring adherence to the rules and regulations of the International Financial Services Centers Authority (IFSCA) and SEBI.

Help in the timely preparation and submission of periodic reports and filings to regulatory bodies.

Support the compliance team in monitoring transactions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

Maintain and update compliance records, registers, and databases with high accuracy.

Conduct research on new regulatory updates, circulars, and guidelines issued by IFSCA, SEBI, and other relevant authorities.

Assist in coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary data and ensure compliance processes are followed.

Support the team in liaising with regulators, legal counsel, and auditors during inspections and audits.

Help in drafting and reviewing internal compliance policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualification: A qualified Company Secretary (CS) or a Law graduate (LL.B.). Fresh CS/Law graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience: 0 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services sector (Banking, NBFC, Asset Management, Brokerage). Candidates with strong academic records and internship experience in compliance will also be considered.

Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of SEBI/IFSCA regulations. A keen interest in learning about PMS, AIF, and AML frameworks is essential.
