About the Role
We're looking for an energetic and hands-on Supermarket Manager.
you'll be responsible for ensuring that every part of the supermarket runs smoothly, from stock availability and merchandising to customer service. You'll lead a diverse team, maintain operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the overall performance and daily operations of the supermarket.
- Lead, coach, and inspire store teams to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business goals.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, products are attractively displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and overstocking.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, food hygiene, and regulatory compliance throughout the store.
- Implement loss prevention measures and safeguard company assets.
- Work with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a supermarket store.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, and store administration.
- Experience managing high-volume stores with significant daily customer traffic.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
