Sales Head - Kenya

Job Description:

We are in the process of recruiting suitable candidate for the post of Head of Sales & Marketing.
Following are the minimum criteria for the post.

(1) The age of the candidate should be between 35 years to 40 years.
(2) Minimum 7-10years of working experience out of which 5 years as head of the department.
(3) Preferably worked in African countries with experience of Retail & Wholesale segment marketing and should be able to handle 50+ sales & marketing team, fluency in English is MUST. Should be ready to travel extensively thru out the East African countries (Kenya/Uganda/Tanzania/South Sudan/Rwanda)
(4) Sound English speaking and writing skill.
(5) Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Internet and other IT (SAP system) related skills
(6) Minimum education MBA (Sales/Marketing) B.Com, M.Com and any further study, training or course done in Sales & Marketing.
(7) To be available for joining latest by 1st Sept'26

Budgeted salary and benefits are as follows...

(1) Net Salary - $2000/$2500
(2) Food : Lunch to be provided by the company on all working days
(2) House allowance - Company will provide house for accommodation.
(3) Company will provide an economy air ticket for joining at the location
(4) Company will pay for the employment permit.
(5) Company will provide medical allowance.
(6) Company will provide a car for official use.
