Job Description:
Urgent Requirment:- NPD

2)Product Feasibility
3)Knowledge of Machining Feasibilty,Tooling & Fixtures
4)Process Validation
5)APQP Development
Experience :- 10 to 15 Years in Production (Automobile Manufacturing Industry prefer)
Location :-odhav
He will Report to Plant Head
APQP Development - Conduct feasibility study for manufacturing and testing and identify resource requirement
Iterations till Product handover to PE
Capex to WCR [PROTO] - Follow APQP guidelines during proto development and ensure target dates for sample submission.
Customer Satisfaction specifically on quality and timely response
Tooling GIRN to WCR - Identify suitable Tool and Dies makers, Prepare time plan for all parts after getting proto approval from NPD, § Submit PPAP documents to customer after verification.
Learn new technics in design of product, tools and dies for continuous improvement in product performance and cost optimization.
