Position Name: Sr Engineer - Process Engineering

Responsibilities
- Process engineering including defining & documenting manufacturing processes including centerless grinding, hardening, stamping and assembly for precision mechanical components for precision mechanical components manufactured inhouse
- Root cause analysis and CAPA for product quality and other issues
- Manufacturing process trials for continual process improvements
- Manufacturing process development for new TeraSpin components
Skills Required: Planning skills, Teamwork style, Problem solving & analytical skills, Action oriented.
Qualification: B.Tech Mechanical
?Experience:?3 to 5 years of experience.
Knowledge / Skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tooling's including mechanical presses and assembly for precision mechanical components
- Understanding mechanical engineering drawings for precision components
- CNC turning programming experience will be an add on
- Root cause analysis and resolution of production quality and productivity issues for precision turned components
CTC: up to 5.5 LPA
