Job Title: Export Sales Executive - Spices

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 2-5 years in B2B Sales of Spices

Job Type: Full-time

 

Responsibilities:

 

Business Development:

 

  • Identify and cultivate new B2B customers for the export of spices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the spice industry.

 

Sales and Negotiation:

 

  • Achieve sales targets and objectives for spice exports.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favourable terms.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.

 

Product Knowledge:

 

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of various spices, their uses, and industry trends.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about product specifications and benefits.

 

Logistics and Documentation:

 

  • Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of spice shipments.
  • Handle export documentation and compliance, including customs requirements.

 

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide regular reports on market conditions and competitor activities.

 

Customer Relationship Management:

 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in B2B sales, preferably in the food industry with a focus on spice exports.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and export procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
