Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the role of Center of Excellence (COE) Lead in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of educational qualifications and professional experience necessary to effectively lead our COE initiatives. Below are the detailed qualifications and experience requirements:
- Possession of either a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from a recognized institution.
- Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, demonstrating expertise in process improvement methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Master credential, indicating proficiency in Agile project management practices.
- Proficiency as a Certified Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, showcasing expertise in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Certification in Project Management, ensuring familiarity with project planning, execution, and control processes.
- A minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience, with a proven track record of success in relevant roles.
- At least 3 years of experience serving as a COE Lead or in a similar leadership position, responsible for driving strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of COE strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and processes within the COE to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to identify areas for improvement and innovation, leveraging COE capabilities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to COE team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
- Drive initiatives to enhance business performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction through the application of COE expertise.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of COE initiatives, tracking key performance indicators and making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on COE-related matters, providing guidance and support to senior leadership and project teams.
