Description of the activities: Area Sales Manager (Non-Woven & Label Printing) - International Business

Duties, powers, and responsibilities:
- Maintaining and expanding global relationships with (potential) customers in your product portfolio;
- Introducing, promoting, and selling products from the portfolio;
- Visiting and maintaining contacts with (potential) customers;
- Advising the customer on technical matters and staying informed about relevant market developments and anticipating them;
- Translating technical problems of the customer into commercial solutions;
- Drafting a sales plan and achieving objectives in terms of revenue, margin, and growth.
- Issuing and following up on quotations
- Closing order and collecting payments
- Monitoring relevant market developments
- Recording all relevant account information in the appropriate resources
- Achieving the sales targets in accordance with the sales plan in terms of turnover, margin, and growth

Job requirements:
- B. Tech. / Degree in Engineering, MBA preferred from reputed govt. recognized University.
- Extensive experience in label & Non-woven Sector in an international environment.
- Able to translate the wishes and needs of customers into commercial opportunities through technical insight or affinity
- Affinity with production and industrial applications
- Extensive sales experience in the manufacturing industry in an international environment
- Combines relationship management with acquisition
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques
- Proactive attitude, initiative-driven, decisive, and results-oriented
- Convincing communicator who can effectively communicate with people in the company who are diverse in terms of languages, background, culture, and seniority
- Willingness to travel internationally regularly and extensively
- About 10 to 12 years’ experience in a dynamic product management or marketing role in textile industry.
