About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store In-Charge to manage and oversee the inventory and operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inventory control, cycle counting, and a STRONG FAMILIARITY WITH VEHICLE SPARE PARTS. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and order processing.
• Conduct regular cycle counting to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
• Maintain and update inventory records in the ERP system and Excel spreadsheets.
• Ensure the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of vehicle spare parts.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and train store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory control and cycle counting.
• Familiarity with vehicle spare parts and related inventory requirements.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and Excel for inventory management and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
