Designation: Design & Estimation Engineer
Job Responsibility
1) Develop automation system designs, including electrical schematics, control system architecture, and integration plans.
2) Select appropriate components like PLCs, sensors, motors, actuators, and HMIs based on project requirements.
3) Create detailed wiring diagrams and layouts using tools like AutoCAD Electrical, or EPLAN.
4) Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including technical specifications, BOM (Bill of Materials), and revision histories.
5) Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, including materials, labor, and overheads.
6) Work with suppliers to obtain quotations for components and negotiate prices.
7) Generate detailed project proposals, including technical design and cost estimations.
8) Provide technical support to clients and internal teams during project discussions and implementation.
9) Perform organizational working procedure on ERP System
Qualification: DIP./B. E. Electrical/Instruments & Control / Electronics & Communication
Exp:
2 to 5 yrs. Experience in Industrial Automation Application
Salary: 30K CTC to 45K CTC
